Scope Input:

1. Hold part vertically, keep part in place during manual assembly and allow rotation of part.
2. Do not allow part to move during manual clip assembly.
3. Allow part to be rotated as various positions for manual assembly.

Results Output:

1. Use vacuum cups/in-line filter and manual valve to hold part onto fixture.
2. Utilize pneumatic braking system to hold part radially.
3. Hardware to prevent backward cilp assembly.
